Conditions of Use

The following conditions apply to the dispatch within the Federal Republic of Germany. In the case of supplies within the European Union or other countries special European Union shipping terms and/or foreign shipping terms apply.

Costs

Dispatch and packing costs are raised in accordance with our price list. Details see if necessary under information (supply and forwarding expenses).

Payment

Each product is delivered only after your transfer has arrived on our account.

Revocation instruction

Right of revocation
You can revoke your contract explanation within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter or email), recall or by return of the product. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. For keeping the period sending off the revocation or the product is enough.

Revocation consequences
In case of an effective revocation received achievements on both sides have to be refunded as well as uses if necessary. If you cannot refund the received achievement to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry indemnification to that extent, if necessary, according to value for us out. During the hiring of things this does not apply, if the degradation of the thing is caused by their examination - as it would have been possible for instance in the shop. In all other respects you can avoid the indemnification according to value obligation, by taking the thing not like your property in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. You have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euro. Otherwise the return for you is free. Obligations for refunding of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending off of your revocation explanation.

1. During return of goods used or damaged by the customer Panter Spirit refuses the cancelling (§ 361a II BGB, related to valid German law).
2. Please frank the return duly and note that with unfreely sent away transmissions unnecessary costs result. For courier endings and other irregular modes of shipment we can transfer costs in no case, which go beyond post office forwarding expenses. Luggage or sets can be returned only completely.

Place of delivery, area of jurisdiction, partial inefficacy, applicable right

1. In the course of business with buyers Bayreuth becomes place of delivery for all mutual, from which contract agrees upon owed achievements, including possible restitution performance demands.
2. In the course of business with buyers as area of jurisdiction for all law cases, including change and cheque complaints, resulting in from the contract, Bayreuth is agreed upon, we are also justified to complain at the seat of the customer.
3. With inefficacy of individual regulations of the supply contract or these general trading conditions the remaining regulations remain further effective.
4. To legal transactions or other legal relations with Panter Spirit applies the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. With contracts to purpose, which cannot be added to the vocational or commercial activity of the entitled one (consumer), applies this right choice only to that extent, when the granted protection is not extracted by compelling regulations of the right of the state, in which the consumer has his usual stay.
